    Hello Listmates-

    I am looking for a referral to an attorney willing to take on an HIB/School Law case which which has a very complicated and extensive history.  There may be a possible civil rights aspect to the case. Family has limited resources, so this would need to be a matter in which fees were reduced/compromised for HIB/School Law portion.

    Child is at very high risk and is in need of immediate assistance.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
