Hello:
Client is married but separated from an employee of a sizable company. Even though her employed spouse says he did not request that she be dropped from his health insurance coverage, client says representative of the company told her her health insurance benefits will be dropped as of July 31.
This sounds wrong. Is there anyway employer can do that without request by employee spouse?
