    Hello Family Law Section members,

On Saturday, Dec. 16, NJICLE will present "He Said, She Said" and "I think...": How Mental Health Professionals Come to Conclusions When Doing Assessments in Family Law Cases at the Wilshire Grand, West Orange from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

Forensic evaluators play an important role in family law litigation.

A party or Court may retain or appoint them to conduct evaluations, and they are often asked to make recommendations and give opinions regarding the best interest of the child. As a practitioner, it is essential that you have a solid understanding of this complex, often challenging, area of law to navigate through the process and achieve the best results for your clients. Register today to learn how mental health professionals sort through the "he said, she said" assertions of family clients during the evaluation process, and how they arrive at recommendations they make to the Court. By the end of the program, you'll have the foundation you need to handle these situations with confidence.
