On Saturday, Dec. 16, NJICLE will present "He Said, She Said" and "I think...": How Mental Health Professionals Come to Conclusions When Doing Assessments in Family Law Cases at the Wilshire Grand, West Orange from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

Forensic evaluators play an important role in family law litigation.

A party or Court may retain or appoint them to conduct evaluations, and they are often asked to make recommendations and give opinions regarding the best interest of the child. As a practitioner, it is essential that you have a solid understanding of this complex, often challenging, area of law to navigate through the process and achieve the best results for your clients. NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.0 credits (50 minute credit hour).

PA CLE: 3.0 substantive credits pending ($12 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)

NY CLE (t&nt): 4.0 professional practice credits
