    Hello Family Law Section members,

    On Friday, Oct. 5, NJICLE will present Handling Contested Guardianships from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

    Join us for this informative program to learn what to do when a guardianship proceeding ends up being contested. Our experienced panel will provide you with the tools you need to effectively represent your clients, including what you need to file a guardianship proceeding and what to look out for if you suspect that the matter will be contested. A sitting judge will provide you with the judicial perspective on contested guardianships.

    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.0 credits (50 minute hour)
    PA CLE: 3.0 substantive credits pending ($12 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (t&nt): 4.0 professional practice credits

    The tuition for NJSBA members is $160. The general tuition is $200.
