What is the best way to immediately file Guardianship for Adult with dementia (with son as Guardian) / and Divorce for elderly 89 year old father (I have doctors certifications re: dementia ) who married much younger woman up to no good 10 years ago from outside of the country and the woman dumped the elderly man at son's house and said that now he is the son's problem ? What should be included in my Guardianship action today on Order to Show Cause to protect him and his assets/estate as he is not doing well? He has a 10 year old Will leaving everything to his children, but it is possible that she may have persuaded him to sign a more recent Will. It is believed that he may own property outside of the country as well. It took a very long time to get doctors certifications etc and action must be filed forthwith . Thank you. PS On another note, how do I start receiving Community Net emails in my inbox again which stopped 1 1/2 years ago as there is some kind of block on the community site? Someone suggested changing my email address but Ive had the same email address for 20 years. Thanks
