Good to hear this. Although the trial recognizes the AOC directive that irreconcilable differences are to be considered a ground for dissolution of a civil union, it is important for the courts to recognize this as well in order to remove any doubt that a civil union dissolution on this basis is valid. Need at least the App. Div. to weigh in and make it so (to borrow from Capt. Picard).
