Hello Family Law Section members,
On
Friday, Aug. 24, NJICLE will present
Gaps in Your Malpractice Coverage: Avoid Pitfalls of Mergers, Spinoffs, Lateral Hires and Retirements from
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the
Crowne Plaza Hotel Fairfield.
Join us for the seminar that will answer all of your questions about malpractice insurance coverage. An experienced legal malpractice plaintiff's attorney, respected insurance professionals and a seasoned professional liability defense attorney join forces to bring you an in-depth analysis regarding the necessity of careful insurance planning no matter what the situation. Whatever the size of your firm or the area of law that you practice, this panel of experts will analyze what you need and when.
They will discuss appropriate insurance when a mid to large size law firm is involved in acquiring a smaller firm, when a group within the firm "spins off" and when the firm brings in laterals or when partners retire. They will also answer the insurance questions that you may have had but didn't know whom to ask.
