FRO issued in August. Filed an Appeal to the Ct of Appeals in September.
Meanwhile, FRO is to be dissolved by Plaintiff if we enter civil restraints in the now pending Divorce and withdraw the Appeal.
Will the FRO be removed from the mythical Central Registry once dissolved by the Plaintiff, or do I need to proceed with the Appeal to guarantee removal (assuming I prevail on appeal)?
