    Is there a procedure for registering a NJ DV FRO in another state? The victim obtained the FRO in NJ after moving to another state where she currently resides. The Defendant still resides in NJ. The parties were divorced in NJ a year or 2 after the FRO was entered.

    Frank,

    Constitutionally, wouldn't Full Faith and Credit cover that?  Perhaps a pro firearms state would refuse to honor the weapons restrictions, but that FRO has to mean something outside of NJ.
