I am looking for a better form of Order for Reunification Therapy. I am concerned that the other spouse may not comply (and may not require the 12 yr old son to comply) with attending the appointments scheduled by the expert. I would like to know what others have done to deal with arguments like; “the child didn’t want to go,” or “the child had other obligations,” or some other possible excuses to delay or defeat the process. Not really interested in threatening a bench warrant but need to know that the Order will have some teeth. There are no allegations of abuse or neglect. You can contact me “off-list” at the below info. Thank you.
