​I am preparing a Final Judgment of Divorce for an uncontested divorce but there is an existing FD action with Maternal Grandparent as plaintiff and husband and wife as defendants.  Normally an FD matter between divorcing parents is terminated at divorce (if not before) and existing obligations under FD are incorporated into Divorce Judgment. 
Does anyone know whether I need to reference the FD matter in the Judgment of Divorce and indicate that the matter is still active [or pending or something]?

  I wouldn't. Only actions between the divorcing couple are relevant.
