Finance for Lawyers will be held at the Wilshire Grand, West Orange from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m

Like it or not, lawyers need to worry about their clients' money. They do not have to be accountants or financial analysts, but they must know how to listen like accountants and financial analysts so they have a thorough understanding of their clients' financial situation.

This seminar provides you with a proven, workable approach to learning financial concepts. After taking it, you will feel more confident giving advice to business clients, so you can help them meet their objectives and goals, and gain the edge during negotiations or litigation.

PA CLE: 5.5 substantive credits pending ($24 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
CPE: 6.5 finance credits

The tuition for NJSBA members is $188. The general tuition is $235. Tuition onsite is $275.

Excellence in CLE Awards Reception will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center, New Brunswick.

Join us for a reception honoring the volunteers who generously give their time to speak, organize and help make NJICLE the state's leading CLE provider.

NJICLE will present David B. Rubin with the 2019 Alfred C. Clapp Award for his dedication and service to the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
