  • 1.  Fee for filing DRO or QDRO post-judgment

Is there a filing fee being charged by the Superior court for a post-judgment DRO/QDRO? For that matter, how about any post-judgment consent order?

I believe there is a fee for the gold-seal ($10) and certified true copy
($15), but I do not think there is a filing fee.

I agree with Therese. No fee in a couple of QDROs I've done recently, including no fee for the gold seal.
