I had a client come in today who is suffering from MS.  Despite her obvious difficulties her application for disability benefits was rejected – I suspect because she attempted to file the paperwork herself.  Can anyone recommend an attorney who can begin assisting her in this matter, as she appears to be a good candidate for these benefits and has a true need of this income.
