  • 1.  FD Motion to Reconsider

    If anyone has filed or responded to a motion to reconsider an order in an FD proceeding and would be willing to let me pick their brain for a few minutes I would be most appreciative.  I am wondering about any particularities that are needed with an FD motion to reconsider since we are required to use the Court forms, etc.

    We are not required to use the Court's forms; and the same standards for review apply.
