Client had child with defendant.  Parties never married.   Defendant only allows client a few hours per week parenting time with child.  

Client wants immediate parenting time with child (more) - plus joint custody,  and income information from defendant for proper child support determination.

How should I proceed?  FD Verified Complaint with OTSC for parenting time ?  Can this be done ex parte?
Any guidance would be appreciated.  Thanks.
