    Dear Members of the Family Law Section:

            Attached hereto is a copy of the recently issued Family Practice Committee's Report. It is an excellent and comprehensive report, and many thanks to all of those on the Committee for their tireless work on the Section's behalf. Please note that the Supreme Court invites comments on this report, and same are due by Friday, April 10, 2015. Please review and should you have any comments, please submit same directly to Glenn A.     Hi, Jeralyn:

     I was reading the report and wondering what is the process involved?  How is input sought or received?  It's an interesting and comprehensive report.  I had a question specifically on the R. 2:9-1 proposed amendment.
