Sheryl J. Seiden, Esq.• The use of trusts and other devices to secure payment of child support, educational expenses, and other extraordinary expenses, especially for children for whom the probation departments will not collect support because the children may have aged out. –
Frank A. Louis. Esq.• Child support and expenses for "special needs" children, including the use of special needs trusts and other arrangements. Also, information and discussion on what governmental and educational services are available and how to access them. –
Lauren A. Miceli, Esq.• Expenses that may, or may not, be included in the Guidelines calculations, i.e. auto and auto insurance expenses, tutoring, sports and extracurricular activities as well as some considerations for above guideline cases. –

CLE Credits:NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.4 qualify as hours of credit for matrimonial attorneys.
NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 2.4 credits (50 minute hour), including 2.4 matrimonial attorney credits
