    Hello Family Law Section members,

I just returned from an amazing week in Charleston, South Carolina. I know you all missed me, so I thought I would send y'all a message about the Family Law Summer Institute coming up on July 28 and 29 at the Law Center in New Brunswick. The institute will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

The Family Law Section is presenting the two-day institute in cooperation with the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, which means you get 25 percent off the daily general tuition as a member of the cosponsoring section. The cost for Family Law Section members is $138.75 each day. The general tuition is $185 for each day's registration.

You can save even more if you register for both days. Two-day tuition for Family Law Section members is $230. General tuition is $290.

This information-packed two-day program will review all the important aspects of New Jersey divorce law and matrimonial practice. The authoritative panel of family law judges, attorneys and experts will also address practical issues such as how to attract clients and build a practice, conduct client interviews, deal with adversaries, and negotiate, settle and try cases. You will learn through an interactive format how to succeed in matrimonial practice. The program will feature thoughtful presentations and panel discussions and allow for audience participation.
