    Hello Family Law Section members,

On Saturday, March 3, NJICLE in cooperation with the Family Law Section will present Professionalism in Family Law Practice: Why Can't We All Just Get Along? from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

Professionalism demands that attorneys extend civility, honesty and fairness to all involved in a case. A lack of professionalism often goes hand in hand with unethical conduct and reflects negatively on the attorney. In the long run, it is detrimental to clients and to the practice of family law. Your reputation as an attorney, and ultimately, your success as an attorney, hinges on how you treat clients, colleagues and judges.

At our seminar, experienced family law attorneys will provide you with thoughtful guidance about how to make positive impressions on the clients, judges and other attorneys you deal with in family cases. Even more, professionalism can help you navigate and settle the difficult and contentious situations so common to family litigation.
