Saturday, Sept. 14, NJICLE in cooperation with the Family Law Section will present
Family Law Case Law Update 2019 from
9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the
New Jersey Law Center.For over 25 years, hundreds New Jersey family lawyers and general practitioners have relied on NJICLE's annual Family Law Update to provide them with a comprehensive overview of the year's New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division family law cases and other significant family law developments. This year's program features an in-depth discussion about the key new cases every family lawyer should know. Cases to be discussed include relevant Supreme Court and Appellate Division Cases relating to parental rights, alimony, support, modifications, college costs and other areas.

CLE Credits:NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.5 credits (50 minute hour)
