Rozin | Golinder Law, LLC is looking for an energetic and motivated associate attorney to join our team of growing professionals. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of solid family law experience and be able to work independently. Seasoned family law attorneys with 10-15 years of experience are very much encouraged to apply. If less than 3 years, a family law clerkship is preferred. Candidate must be self-motivated, driven, an advocate for our clients, have the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. The associate will be responsible for all aspects of family law litigation including client communication, drafting of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, and mediation. This is NOT an entry level position. Prior experience handling your own family law case load is a must! This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for a firm they can grow with long term or for a seasoned matrimonial attorney interested in running a satellite location. Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience or a judicial clerkship;
- Current license to practice law in New Jersey;
