    Rebecca Levin - she's out of Philadelphia, but handles Bucks (and NJ cases).  She handles a lot of (specializes in) LGBT issues, but does a lot of regular Family Law as well.  Very good adversary, resolves when possible, but can advocate well if needed:  http://jplaw.com/  I've sent her several people and only heard good things back.
