    Hello Family Law Section members,

    Next week, NJICLE will present two seminars at the New Jersey Law Center that are of interest to family lawyers.

    1. Family Court Rules Update will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 16 and will prepare you for the latest Family Part rules adopted by the Supreme Court.

    2. Advanced Evidence Issues for Family Lawyers will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19. Join NJICLE and AAML-NJ chapter for a sophisticated discussion of evidence rules as they apply to family law cases.

    1. Family Court Rules Update, featuring the chair and co-chair of the Family Practice Committee, Hon. Marie E. Lihotz, J.A.D and Hon. Patricia B. Roe, P.J.F.P. along with Hon. Bonnie J. Mizdol, P.J.F.P. will present the latest Family Part rules adopted by the Supreme Court.

    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 3.0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.

Advanced Evidence Issues for Family Lawyers -  NJICLE and the AAML-New Jersey Chapter are pleased to present Professor David Sonenshein of Temple University's Beasley's Law School for a sophisticated discussion of evidence rules as they apply to family law cases. Professor Sonenshein is co-author with the late Irving Younger and Professor Michael Goldsmith of the casebook, Principles Of Evidence. In addition, Professor Sonenshein is the co-author of ten other books on evidence as well as numerous articles on the subjects of evidence and civil procedure.

    Join Professor Sonenshein and distinguished attorneys from the AAML to gain the knowledge you need to know about evidence issues, including:
