New Jersey Law Center.The Family Practice Committee sent its 2017-2019 Rules Cycle Report to the Supreme Court in January 2019, and we expect the Court to issue its final rule revisions by the end of August.This important new seminar, featuring the Chair of the Family Practice Committee (Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol, A.J.S.C.) and three Family Part Presiding Judges who are also members of the Committee, is your best way to get up-to-speed and up-to-date with the latest Family Part rule changes. CLE Credits:NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.4 qualify as hours of credit towards certification in matrimonial law.
NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 2.4 credits (50 minute hour)
Matrimonial Law Certification: 2.4 general credits pending
PA CLE: 2.0 substantive credits pending ($8 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)

The tuition for section members is $139. The general tuition is $185. Tuition onsite is $225.
