    Does Family Court in this State have jurisdiction to enter a divorce judgment of a British citizen here in an L1 visa? (assume residency requirement is met)

    yes.  the jurisdictional requirements is not US Citizenship.

    Agree with Alice. No problem if residency is met (one year, or file under adultery, or file for limited divorce and later convert the judgment).
