    Hello Family Law Section members,

On Wednesday, Feb. 21, NJICLE in cooperation with the Family Law Section will present Family Appellate Practice from 5 to 8:35 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

In many family cases, a trial court decision is not the end of the litigation - it is just the beginning. The appeals process is a difficult journey for both the attorney and client. To be successful, you must put together a brief and appendix that is properly assembled, meticulously researched, and concise.
