Does any one know of an expert in the area of retirement planning? I have a complicated remand from the App Div on alimony in which my client, who was found to have a good faith retirement, has a fair amount of assets acquired post-divorce and the issue is whether he has a valid retirement plan and what is actually available to pay support. It is actually a very complicated case as the remand goes back three years and there are issues with what happened in the interim as well as issues with things like that 401(k) that the App Div just said you have to back out his post-divorce contributions so what is the amount available and what is a reasonable rate of return on what is actually available.
If anyone has a recommendation, please send it to me individually and DO NOT HIT REPLY ALL. First of all, everyone else on this list-serve doesn't care about this issue and secondly, my adversary is reading this and needs find his own expert and not get one from my inquiry.
