    Judith / all -- again, if you're not posting a reply to a subject, you have to hit "Post New Message" - hitting "Reply" and changing the subject doesn't do this; it results in a post under the subject header of the incoming message. Easy way to check: Before hitting send, look at the "To:" field in the email. If it says just "[email protected]", then you're posting a new message. If it says "NJSBA_familylaw_" and then contains a series of numbers and letters (like NJSBA_familylaw_58a3d0eb-5e11-4321-b7af-49b4c4a9ebcb@ConnectedCommunity.org), then your message will be a Reply.


    I'll reply off-list, but Rosenbaum / Bunker Hill are generally well known and respected; often court appointed. He doesn't pull punches, though - I once had a client very upset that Dr. Rosenbaum wouldn't sign off on what he wanted him to say (came out quite the opposite). He'll advocate to a degree, but he's not generally regarded as being "for sale."
