    Hello Family Law Section members,

    On Saturday, Dec. 9, NJICLE will present Ethics for Family Lawyers at the New Jersey Law Center from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

    Good family lawyers anticipate possible problems, maintain their competency in all subject areas relating to family practice, and structure their practices to proactively avoid ethical problems at every stage of a case, from client intake to handling modification and post-trial matters, to ensure that ethical problems are avoided.

    Register today to hear experienced and knowledgeable faculty explore the common and frequent ethical problems that arise in family practice and provide practical solutions for addressing them.
