    Hello Family Law Section members,

    On Friday, Dec. 15, NJICLE in cooperation with the Family Law Section will present Ethics for Family Lawyers from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel.

    Register today to hear experienced and knowledgeable faculty explore the common and frequent ethical problems that arise in family practice and provide practical solutions for addressing them. The speakers will review the latest ethics opinions and cases affecting your practice, and discuss the most beneficial procedures that all family lawyers should set in place from client intake to handling modifications and post-trial matters, to ensure that ethical problems are avoided.

    CLE Credits:
    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total credit for ethics/professionalism. Of these, 4.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.0 credits (50 minute hour), including 4.0 ethics/professionalism credits
    PA CLE: 3.0 ethics credits pending ($12 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (nt): 4.0 ethics credits

    The tuition for section members is $146. The general tuition is $195.
