Tuesday, Aug. 14, NJICLE and the Family Law Section will present
Ethics for Family Lawyers from
9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. at the
New Jersey Law Center.This program will help you protect yourself and protect your clients from ethical errors. Register today to hear experienced and knowledgeable faculty explore the common and frequent ethical problems that arise in family practice and provide practical solutions for addressing them. The speakers will review the latest ethics opinions and cases affecting your practice, and discuss the most beneficial procedures that all family lawyers should set in place from client intake to handling modifications and post-trial matters, to ensure that ethical problems are avoided.
