Wednesday, Aug. 22, NJILCE will present
Ethical Decision-Making at Every Stage of Litigation from
9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. at the
New Jersey Law Center.From the new client meeting through trial, litigation teams are charged not only with vigorous representation but also with making ethical decisions. While some ethical issues seem to be straightforward, such as don't represent a client if there's a conflict, don't take money from your attorney trust account, real life scenarios are often much more complicated.
Joined an esteemed panel judges and practitioners as they take you through potential ethical issues and how to resolve them at every stage of litigation.

The tuition for NJSBA members is $160. The general tuition is $200.
