30 days has elapsed since the fee arbitration committee has issued its decision. What must t I now do to have a judgment entered against my former client and I assume that whatever I do must be on notice to that former client. I understand I think that rule 4:67 governs these issues but it is not clear what I have to file.

    Larry

For better or worse, I have a lot of collection law experience in these cases.

You file a motion to confirm the arbitration award.  You should check with the Law Division on getting a docket number.  You don't proceed on the parties' divorce docket number.

The key is getting the judgment docketed.

Your client has no defense to enforcement.  Proceed as you would with any collection: statewide judgment lien, wage garnishment, property sale.
