Effective Representation and Protection of Foreign Born Clients in Non-Immigration Cases will cover the myriad of areas of law that are affected when a client must leave the country. Speakers with hands-on experience will discuss how to protect your client, from family law to estate planning, from business to civil and criminal matters. You don't want to miss this one-of-a kind program.
New Jersey's is ranked 5th in the nation for the number of foreign-born residents, and this burgeoning immigrant population has legal needs that stretch far beyond immigration. When your client needs to leave the United States for a prolonged period of time for any reason, (for example, if their temporary visa is expiring or they have to leave to care for a loved one) they will turn to you to tie up loose ends.
