    Andrew,

    I had the opportunity to use Dr. Charles Kinkaid in an Ocean P/I case two years ago.  If needed again, he would be my first choice so long as the other side did not retain him first.  Aside from life care planning (which was what I retained him for), he also handles matrimonial matters establishing earning potential based on education and prior work history.

    Thank you Eric.  Perhaps I should have been more specific.  We have a relocation matter and I basically need an expert to analyze where the kids go to school now versus the alternatives they have if they are allowed to relocate.
