I have a client in a matrimonial matter who has some questions regarding issues between her daughter and her school.  I'm not sure if there is much that she can do, but it sounds like there are potential issues in terms of how the school has been acting/communicating/disseminating information and I would like my client to speak to an attorney on this.  Client and school are in Ocean County.
