Have any of you used or had Dr. Allwyn J. Levine, an adolescent and pediatric psychiatrist in Ridgewood, appointed as a custody evaluation expert in NJ courts? Case involves a 4+ year old where parents have shared custody. One party has moved to another state and brings child back and forth each week.
