    I filed a motion to amend and for a new trial after a hearing on a TRO where
    plaintiff was pro se went awry, the TRO was dismissed and FRO denied. Would
    someone who has been involved in this kind of case share your thoughts in
    general and be willing to answer some specific fact-pattern questions
