Good afternoon Family Law Section members,

On Wednesday, April 27, NJICLE in cooperation with the NJSBA Criminal Law and Family Law Sections will present DOMESTIC VIOLENCE 2022: Emerging Issues in Handling Domestic Violence Cases from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

NJICLE’s 2022 Domestic Violence program will provide attorneys the opportunity to focus on latest developments and emerging topics in handling domestic violence cases.

Despite increasing public awareness of the brutality and frequency of domestic violence, these devastating acts continue to occur in alarming numbers among all levels of society. In New Jersey, the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act provides the rubric for handling this type of case.

In order to achieve the best outcome for the clients you represent, it is essential that you have a firm understanding of the Act as well as real strategies for handling the many situations that can arise when handling these cases. At this seminar, our esteemed panel will offer insight as to the newest developments in this area of law. In one morning, master what might otherwise take weeks to learn.
