Hello Family Law Section members,
On

9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. at the
New Jersey Law Center. All new for 2019, this popular and essential Domestic Violence conference will provide you with the opportunity to gain new perspectives from top experts, pick up new tactics, and focus on sharpening your trial tactics.
Despite increasing public awareness of the brutality and frequency of domestic violence, these devastating acts continue to occur in alarming numbers among all levels of society.
In New Jersey, the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act provides the rubric for handling this type of case. However, in order to achieve the best outcome for the clients you represent, it is essential that you have a firm understanding of the Act - as well as real strategies for handling the many situations that can arise when handling these often complex cases. At this essential skills seminar, our panel of respected family law attorneys along with a judge and a forensic expert will offer invaluable tips and strategies for dealing with DV cases.
