I have a client who was divorced last year (self represented at the time) who needs a DRO prepared as to a pension with the PFRS and of course the PSA drafted by participant's attorney is silent as to group life insurance pre-retirement death benefits and post-retirement death benefits and simply states that wife gets 50% of the marital portion of pension. Doesn't say she gets them and doesn't say she waives them. Anyone have any luck having a court revisit this issue and grant them? TIA
