Docketing out of State divorce

  • 1.  Docketing out of State divorce

Parties were divorced in another state, they have both been in NJ for more than a year. They are in agreement as to some changes to their out of state divorce agreement so it would be a consent order. My question is, can I get an FM docket here in NJ to do the consent order?  I believe there is a way to pay the filing fee and get the docket but not sure about the consent order. I would rather not file an FD to do it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thank you.
