    Hello, list mates, can anyone share with me how Bergan county is handling divorces proceedings? Will they do Divorce on the papers, or are they virtual, through Zoom or Teams?

    In Bergen, I've participated in two uncontesteds by phone (with consent of all involved).  Each judge initiated the calls.  Before one hearing date I emailed a letter to the judge's secretary with counsel and parties' telephone numbers, as well as a copy of the fully executed MSA and proposed FJOD, followed by original copy of the MSA in the mail for the court file.  Very easy.
