  • 1.  Divorce complaint with Fee Waiver

    Hi Friends,
Does anyone know how to file a divorce complaint through JEDS when there is a Fee Waiver?  I am handling a pro bono divorce through SJLS private attorney program.  They have provided me with a letter regarding Fee Waiver.  But there is no option in JEDS for waiving the fee.  Help please!

I've done several of these through JEDS for SJLS Private Attorney Involvement Program. I include a cover letter describing that the matter is pro bono along with the fee waiver letter.  I scan  the cover letter, fee waiver letter, and divorce complaint all as one document and submit it all as the divorce complaint.  There is a section on JEDS where you can indicate that there is no fee (I cannot recall the exact wording).
