Divorce complaint with counts for equitable relief.

I represent a party to a divorce, whom I believe is entitled to a share of the other party's substantial pre-marital asset (an investment property purchased in contemplation of the marriage and co-managed and co-maintained by the parties before and during the marriage). Trying not to re-invent the wheel, I am in search of a form of divorce complaint/amended divorce complaint with counts for the equitable relief described in Coney, Rolle and Carr (such as unjust enrichment, constructive trust, quantum meruit, quasi-contract, transmutation, etc.).

Please contact me via email: [email protected]

    Thanks!
