    Hello Family Law Section members,

    On Wednesday, Dec. 20, NJICLE in cooperation with the Family Law Section will present Divorce and Children with Special Needs at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Fairfield from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

    Parenting and financial issues are the most difficult aspects of many divorce cases. Adding to that complexity, when handling a divorce that involves children with special needs, there are unique and often complicated custody, support, guardianship, educational and financial arrangements that must be addressed.

    This informative new program will bring together some of the state's leading family and financial professionals to provide you with guidance about the important concerns of children with special needs and their parents during divorce.

    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.0 qualify as hours of credit towards certification in matrimonial law.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.0 credits (50 minute hour)
    PA CLE: 3.0 substantive credits pending ($12 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (t&nt): 4.0 professional practice credits
    Matrimonial Law Certification: 4.0 general credits pending
