I recently had a Complaint for divorce and the other required documents returned by the Court with instructions to file on JEDS.  JEDS will not accept the ?Confidential Litigant Statement.  Does anyone know how this is being handled?  thank you

Scan it in with the complaint.  Not as a separate doc.

    I agree with Jennifer.

Just did an FD Counterclaim, I filed a Cover letter, CLIS, and Counterclaim as one document.

My issue is that they make you certify that there are no personal identifiers.  Are you redacting them before filing?

    Hi Marcia,

When I called Middlesex a month or so ago, I was told the Family Division employees who pick up regular mail were also the same ones disbursing the documents to the relevant staff and to include the CLIS.

So in my cover letter, I explain that there's a CLIS so they know there's confidential information. I do the same when I file a CIS via JEDS (ss numbers and other identifiers are redacted on the CIS though, but it's still confidential information).
