Folks,
My client's husband is making himself difficult to find. All she wants is the divorce-nothing else.
I've tried process server, skip trace, etc. We still think he's in NJ. This happens so rarely, at least in my 18 years of practice.
So the NJCourts website has the Diligent Search packet which they say should be used for FD cases. Should I just create my own forms from this package? Do any of you have form you could forward?
As a subsidiary question, if I have the husband's SS#, and use the Defense Department website to do a search, I assume I don't need to write all the military branches-yes?
