    Hello Family Law Section members,

On Thursday, Nov. 7, NJICLE will present Debt Collection Strategies That Get Results: Practical Strategies for Getting Your Clients Paid & Enforcing Monetary Judgments from 4:30 to 8:05 p.m. at the Hyatt Morristown.

Every case boils down to a collection, but what happens next (regardless of the verdict) can be a very different matter.

    - What do you do when payment isn't made?
    - What legal and ethical considerations surrounding the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act do you need to be aware of when advising a client on debt collection?

At this practical annual program, you'll learn the best ways to navigate the New Jersey legal system to collect money for your client. As an attendee, you'll gain insight into proven, step-by-step procedures you'll be able to use to collect outstanding debts and to develop a sense of "finality" that brings both you and your client satisfaction. You'll also learn how to use the tools available to you through various agencies to enforce monetary judgments while avoiding costly and time-consuming ethics issues.

    Take Home A Useful Handbook
All attendees will receive a seminar handbook packed with useful forms, checklists and other valuable materials that will expedite the debt collection process in your office.
